This Blogging Life

A year ago today, I wrote my first style blog. At that time I had no idea how much blogging would contribute to my life- helping me find my voice, introducing me to amazing fellow bloggers and readers, even bolstering my relationship with my husband. Starting with 0 followers and one year later seeing that number grow to 3K has been a terrific motivation. I wake up each day excited to post on social media, organize my research and pictures, and craft my next blog post. When I see new styles or find great deals, it's exciting to know that there is a whole community of readers who could benefit. Engaging with you all, seeing such positive comments and being able to serve as a resource by answering questions is immensely rewarding. And even though balancing blogging life with my personal and professional responsibilities has at times been difficult, starting this venture has actually given me and my husband new topics to learn about and new experiences to enjoy together!

So, thank you to my readers and followers for helping me on this journey thus far. I'm happy to share with you that I was recently published in Moda Chic Magazine where my article, "Strength Through Style" can be found on page 14. I hope you can take a minute to read it and give me feedback!
